Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of the tax, customs, and social insurance incentives introduced from January 1, 2026, as another example of the attention given by the Head of State to the economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It was noted that entrepreneurs are expanding their activities by taking advantage of these favorable opportunities and are also establishing new production and service sectors.
The speakers emphasized that the launch of a new textile manufacturing enterprise is significant in terms of increasing economic activity, ensuring employment, and expanding the market share of locally produced goods. The new factory will also contribute to increasing employment opportunities for women in Nakhchivan. The speakers wished the factory’s staff success in their future activities and expressed confidence that the enterprise would make a valuable contribution to the socio-economic development of the autonomous republic.

It should be noted that the factory is equipped with modern technological machinery manufactured in Türkiye, and the production process will mainly utilize fabrics imported from that country. The factory will produce various textile products intended not only for the domestic market but also for export to foreign markets. During the initial phase of the project, employment will be provided for 100 people, with plans to increase the workforce to 150 employees in the subsequent stage.
