By supporting the development of entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Republic, the Fund serves to create new production, processing and infrastructure enterprises based on innovative technologies in the non-oil sector, to increase production of export-oriented and import-substituting products, to further increase the share of the private sector in the economy by accelerating investments in the real sector.
