Kazim Huseynaliyev, Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, visited “Lazzat Qida Sanaye” LLC, “Lazzat Biscuit and Chocolate Factory” LLC, “LG Konserv” LLC, and “Naxplastik” LLC to familiarize himself with the operations and production capacities of local manufacturing enterprises and to hear firsthand about the challenges they face in conducting their business activities.
During the visit, the Minister was briefed on the enterprises’ activities in the processing, roasting, and packaging of agricultural products, as well as the production of sugar cubes, wafers, biscuits, cookies, fruit juices, compotes, plastic capsules and caps, and paper products. Information was also provided on ongoing activities related to the production of table napkins, kitchen paper towels, and toilet paper. The enterprises’ production capacities, opportunities for expanding their product ranges, and future development plans were also discussed.
The discussions focused on stimulating local production, enhancing product competitiveness, expanding sales markets, and ensuring the efficient utilization of production potential.
Minister Kazim Huseynaliyev emphasized that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan attaches great importance to the development of entrepreneurship throughout the country, including the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and that entrepreneurs are provided with comprehensive assistance through various state support mechanisms.
The Minister further underlined that measures aimed at expanding entrepreneurial activities and promoting local production would continue in the future. He also wished the group of companies continued success in their future endeavors.
