Required documents

 

 

1. Original document confirming the business entity's consent to transfer information to the Fund;

2. Investment project - business plan for all loans (accuracy confirmed by the signature and seal of the authorized credit institution and the authorized representative of the business entity);

3. Credit report established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Credit Bureaus” (accuracy confirmed by the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit institution);

4. Copy of the extract from the state register of a commercial legal entity or the TIN of an individual (accuracy confirmed by the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit institution);

5. Copy of the identity card of an individual or legal representative of a legal entity (accuracy confirmed by the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit institution);

6. Regulatory legal documents related to the legal entity (Charter, Copy of the Order on the appointment of the Director, etc.);

7. Copies of documents regarding the location or property where the business entity will operate under the investment project, submitted by the business entity (certified by the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit institution as true to the original);

8. Copy of documents on the subject of collateral and information regarding its valuation;

9. Copy of the initial agreement document on the purchase of equipment (including information on its main technical and economic indicators);

10. Copy of the document on the valuation of equipment;

11. Copy of a document confirming that the business entity has funds in its bank account (or that these funds have been paid to the seller per the contract) totaling a minimum of 20% of the estimated sales value of the equipment (10% for equipment of local production);

12. A copy of the officially approved project of the facility to be constructed under the investment project (certified true to the original by the signature and seal of an authorized representative of the authorized credit institution).
