On 25 November 2025, with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and jointly organized by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and the Shahbuz District Executive Authority, a meeting was held in the city of Shahbuz with the participation of entrepreneurs and representatives of banks.
The event was opened by Jalal Pashayev, Deputy Head of the Shahbuz District Executive Authority. Afterwards, Vusal Novruzov, Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, provided information to entrepreneurs on “Available financial opportunities”, and Ceyhun Mammadov, Head of Sector at the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, delivered a presentation on “Potential priority projects”. Within the framework of the meeting, Ilkin Novruzov, Head of Department at the Fund, also made a presentation.
In conclusion, the opinions and suggestions of the participants were heard, extensive discussions were held on the topic, and the questions addressed by the entrepreneurs were answered.
