On April 30, the National Business Development Forum was held in Nakhchivan, jointly organized by Caspian Energy Club and the Azerbaijan National Business Association.
The forum aimed to promote open dialogue between government agencies and the business community, discuss current challenges related to the development of the entrepreneurial environment, and expand opportunities for mutual cooperation.
The event was attended by Kazim Huseynaliyev, Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; Rafail Guliyev, Minister of Agriculture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; Farid Baghirzade, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; Vugar Aliyev, Head of the Nakhchivan Main Customs Department; and other government representatives.
As part of the event, representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic delivered presentations on “The Economic Potential and Support Mechanisms of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic” and “Tax, Customs and Social Insurance Incentives Applied in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from January 1, 2026.”
Later, members of Caspian Energy Club, as well as representatives of various companies and institutions, provided information about their areas of activity. Questions of interest to them were answered by representatives of government agencies, and opportunities for mutual cooperation were discussed.
Within the framework of the National Business Development Forum, letters of appreciation from Caspian Energy Club were presented to a number of guests.
