A meeting of the Collegium was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

On January 15, a meeting of the Collegium dedicated to the results of 2025 and the tasks ahead in 2026 was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Heads and representatives of the Ministry’s structural divisions and subordinate institutions attended the meeting.

Opening the session, the Minister of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Chair of the Collegium, Kazim Huseynaliyev, stated that as a result of the measures implemented, growth was achieved in the autonomous republic’s economic indicators over the past year. According to the Minister, 2025 was a productive year in terms of fulfilling the tasks set before the Ministry. He noted that during the reporting year, significant measures were implemented to support the development of entrepreneurship and to expand trade and investment opportunities.

In line with the agenda, reports on the results of 2025 were presented by the heads of the Ministry’s structural divisions and subordinate institutions. Information was also heard on the implementation status of the “State Program on the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023–2027.”

Evaluating the results achieved, the Chair of the Collegium, Kazim Huseynaliyev, issued a number of specific instructions to the heads of the Ministry’s structural divisions and subordinate institutions. The instructions covered the implementation of the relevant state program and action plans, expansion of trade and investment activities, continued support for entrepreneurship, ensuring the timely and high-quality handling of appeals from citizens, entrepreneurs, and other entities, as well as digitalization and other areas.
