Required documents

 

 

1. The original of the document confirming the consent of the entrepreneurial subject to the transfer of information about him to the Fund;

2. Investment project for all loans - business plan (the correctness of the information is confirmed by the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit organization and the business entity);

3. A credit report determined in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Credit Bureaus" (its authenticity must be confirmed by the authorized representative of the authorized credit organization with a signature and seal);

4. A copy of the extract from the state register of the commercial legal entity or the TIN of the natural person (its authenticity must be confirmed by the authorized representative of the authorized credit organization with a signature and seal);

5. A copy of the identity card of a natural person or a legal representative of a legal entity (its originality must be confirmed by the authorized representative of the credit organization with a signature and seal);

6. Normative legal documents related to the legal entity (Charter, copy of the Order regarding the appointment of the Director, etc.

7. Copies of documents on the place or property where the business entity will operate on the investment project presented (the originals must be certified by the authorized representative of the authorized credit organization with a signature and seal);

8. Copy of collateral subject documents and information about its evaluation.

9. A copy of the initial agreement document on the purchase of the equipment (with information on the main technical and economic indicators);

10. Copy of the equipment evaluation document;

11. A copy of the document confirming the presence of funds in the bank account (or paid to the seller in accordance with the contract) in the amount of the initial payment to the authorized credit organization in the amount of at least 20% of the estimated sales value of the equipment (10% for locally produced equipment) by the business entity;

12. A copy of the officially approved project of the object to be constructed under the investment project (with the signature and seal of the authorized representative of the authorized credit organization confirming that it is true)
